Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Aircraft Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a deep Aircraft Service Center background who thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment. The Aircraft Project Manager will oversee ongoing maintenance projects, coordinate with service centers, and ensure seamless communication with clients. This position requires significant travel, technical acumen, and the ability to be proactive, pragmatic, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications
Required
- At least 6 years of experience working in an Aircraft Service Center.
- Troubleshooting background required.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in project management and reporting software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Education/Certifications: A&P License, Avionics certification, or equivalent combination of education and
- experience required.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with Bombardier or Falcon aircraft highly desirable.
- Avionics expertise preferred.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
- Remote/home office environment for day-to-day project management, virtual meetings, and documentation.
- Ability to travel up to half of the week (approx. 125 hotel nights per year).
- Reside within one hour of a major airport (or be willing to relocate). Relocation assistance available.
- Frequent air travel required, with ability to sit for extended durations and adapt to changing schedules and time zones.
- Regular on-site visits to hangars, service centers, and airports, where protective gear (ear protection, safety glasses, reflective vests, etc.) may be required.
- Comfortable working in and around aircraft environments, including exposure to noise, fumes, and moving mechanical parts.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching during inspections and oversight activities.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of documents, tools, or equipment as needed.
- Fast-paced, deadline-driven role requiring flexibility to respond to client or project needs outside traditional business hours, within reasonable limits.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary of $140,000 Annually or $160,000 Annually WITHOUT Healthcare

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine check-ins on projects to track progress and address issues before they escalate.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support with an emphasis on avionics systems.
- Collaborate with service centers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
- Prepare project updates, technical reports, and audit documentation.
- Participate in daily morning meetings, as early as 6:30 AM PT / 9:30 AM ET to review active projects.
- Maintain accurate records using digital tools such as Excel, Adobe, Numbers, and Site Audit Pro.
- Other duties as assigned.
