The Sales Associate Account Manager provides high level support to the Sales Team and is an integral part of the sales process and increased sales for PinnacleCare. The incumbent will provide assistance with the Account Management function of Membership On Boarding, Renewals, managing the sales pipeline, providing sales and prospecting support, and developing sales skills for future potential to move into the Business Development Senior Consultant.
How you will contribute:
Sales Development and Skills
Develop sales skills through listening on calls and taking notes
Engage in sales meetings, offer suggestions and stay informed on numbers(pipeline, closed sales, qualified to unqualified, and web to direct or member referral)
Act as project manager for ongoing campaigns, ensure progress of projects runs smoothly
Develop email communications that reflect the culture of PinnacleCare
Develop proposals when needed with input from SVP or Sales Team
Relationship Management
Assist team with maintaining relationships with Members through thoughtful communications and touch-points.
Assist with Renewals and provide updates on hours usage for Members
Work with Renewals Manager to manage upcoming renewals
Triage issues to Sr. VP and team
What you will bring with you:
Bachelor's Degree.
Prior experience in relationship management or wealth management a plus
Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal skills
Ability to establish and maintain warm and professional relationships with prospective members and leads.
Proficiency in computer applications: Microsoft Office, Internet navigation. Knowledge of CRM database applications.
Excellent time management, follow-through and ability to get things done in a deadline driven environment.
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Must present a high level of professional conduct
This position also requires a great deal of teamwork, including asking questions, posing creative ideas, offering solutions and meeting regularly to assess work quality.
This position primarily involves sitting at a desk, using a computer and phone.
Travel will be required with 2 nights 3 days
Proactively build and maintain the sales pipeline and make sure there is follow up with all inquiries.
Stage each lead
Research each lead and enter information into database
Enter all advisor communications, etc into database
Provide detailed summaries to SVP each week and participate on calls to discuss tactical plans for the day/week to come
Work with the 3 sales team to on board new Memberships.
Respond promptly with Application and other necessary forms to start the account opening process
Join calls and take clear/detailed notes for the CI Form
Schedule/make calls to new prospects
Salary Range: $58,800 - $88,200
